The registry automatically maintains accounting of shares and other securities by issuance. Allows controlling paper movement, recording rights transfers, and maintaining operation history.
Management receives current snapshots of the current shareholder composition without manual data collection. Reports are generated in one click and can be exported to common formats.
Automatic processing and validation of entered data minimize operator errors. Regular reporting preparation time is reduced multiple times, freeing up resources for more important tasks.
The system easily connects with other corporate services via API. End-to-end data transmission simplifies reporting to regulatory bodies and eliminates double data entry.
