Implementation details

The registry automatically tracks shares and other securities by issuance. It controls the movement of securities, records transfers of ownership, and maintains a full history of transactions.

Management receives up-to-date snapshots of the current shareholder structure without manual data collection. Reports are generated in one click and can be exported in common formats.

Automatic data processing and validation drastically reduce operator errors. The time required for regular reporting is cut many times over, freeing resources for higher-value tasks.

The system easily connects with other corporate services via APIs. End-to-end data transfer simplifies regulatory reporting and eliminates double data entry.
