For CKT, we developed a web server and user interfaces for the "Yard 2.0" hardware-software complex. The solution connects on-site equipment with operator, dispatcher, and manager web interfaces into a single management loop.
Note: hardware and equipment management software are CKT developments. We were responsible for the web server and all user interfaces.
Yard 2.0 — what was done:
Web server as system core — developed a web server connecting on-site equipment with user interfaces into a single management loop
Role-based user interfaces — created separate interfaces for operators, dispatchers, and managers — each role sees only the functionality they need
Physical equipment data reception — implemented receiving sensor readings and weighing equipment data in real time
Operation accounting and recording module — every action on site is recorded with time, object, and responsible person linkage
Reporting system — automatic generation of acts, reports, and analytics on operations — with export to files capability
Queue and flow management — the web interface allows operators to see and regulate object movement on the territory in real time
Implementation Details
A web server has been developed that receives data from CKT equipment (sensors, weighing complexes) and translates it into operator web interfaces. Responsibility zone — software part: backend and frontend. Hardware and low-level equipment management software are on the CKT side.
Separate interfaces for roles: reception point operators, dispatchers, managers. Each interface is adapted to a specific work scenario with minimization of unnecessary actions.
Receiving data from physical sensors and devices, including weighing equipment. Automatic recording of readings with generation of primary documents: acts, receipts.
Site object routing, queueing when nodes are busy, status recording at each stage. The operator changes routes and rules in real time through the web interface.
Operation log with filtering. Report and act generation by templates. File storage (photos, documents) with operation linkage.
